It was by no means cold outside last night, however it was raining and thunder storming like crazy, which motivated me to cook a hot comforting dinner.
In a pan I tossed in some olive oil, red onion, and garlic, and sautéed it with some chicken. I then added some kale and broccoli lightly coated in olive oil until everything was cooked through.
Lately I’ve been having 2 or 3-part breakfasts, so that I have time to digest fully before having a lunch time workout. If I have too small (or normal sized) of a breakfast, I get too hungry and lose motivation to go do the midday sweat session!
This morning started off with some chocolate cheesecake pudding, topped with the usual banana, PB, and GoLean Crunch on top.
A new game-changing addition to this mix was cinnamon! I tried it out last night when I made myself a bowl for dessert/post-dinner snack, and I was completely sold. If you like cinnamon, I highly recommend adding this to your repertoire!
Next up was a mango! Sadly, this one wasn’t as ripe as it should have been, but I still managed to finish it of course 🙂
Mediocre mango = better than no mango!
And finally, a bunch of GoLean Crunch + Almond milk.
And yes, I re-used the same empty yogurt container that I ate my chocolate cheesecake pudding out of.
Also, since some of you think that I only workout and eat (since that’s most of what I tend to post on this blog), rest assured that I do do other things. Exhibit A:
And Exhibit B:
Okay, well I’ve been sitting on my butt for too long, and reading about human locomotion has been makin’ me think I should probably get up and move! Later gators!
